Just found this great post about all hair types and how to keep them healthy and looking good over at the beauty department. I can't wait to get started on my hair boot camp. I have virgin hair and I have always kept it short, not that I am growing it out and it is about 3 inches below my shoulders I really need to start taking great care of it.
